Russ has owned United Surgical since 1999.  Since then he has grown the business from a small distribution company into a vertically integrated design, manufacturing, and distribution company with fully owned subsidiaries in the US, China, and Bangladesh.  He is  a strong, fiscally conservative leader who specializes in casting vision and building teams of extremely talented  and experienced professionals to help turn the vision into reality.

Andy Opliger

Andy has been with United Ortho for 13 years and is largely responsible for providing operational expertise that allowed the rapidly growing company to grow from a small three person family shop into a multi national company with over 350 employees.  Andy is also responsible for managing national, international, OEM and private label accounts.  Additionally, he was instrumental in the early outsourcing effort to China and was part of the expansion team that established the manufacturing company in Bangladesh.

Scott was born and raised in Southern California where he began his career in manufacturing operations. His range of expertise includes aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics and medical industries—most recently with iconic retail brands such as Milwaukee, Ryobi, Homelite, Hoover, Dirt Devil and Oreck. Scott has lived in Dongguan, China for 13 years and is fluent in the Mandarin language and culture.

Santosh Tumaane

Santosh is a Six Sigma Black Belt and was also trained in Japan in The Toyota Way. He has extensive experience in management, finance and manufacturing and is fluent in English. Santosh is an expert in implementing quality management systems.
